Ioana Olteanu - Programs Director
Ioana Ilea Olteanu had graduated the Journalism and Communication Sciences Faculty – the Public Relations and Advertising section, a master program on institution management at the Bucharest University, and also graduated the National Safety Superior Council. She is programs director at CENTRAS and is mainly responsible with the organization’s finance sources and its durability. She is coordinating the training program of CENTRAS and is a trainer in organization management, public relations and communication. She had worked on several projects that were dealing with improving the image of NGOs, including “Bridging the Gap”, coordinated by BBC World Service Trust and “EVRIKA – a public information campaign about the roles of NGOs in society”, put together in partnership with the National Radio Company. She is co-author of the manual CENTRAS had published for public relations coordinators from NGOs and co-author of the “Private-Public Partnership” manual. She has been with CENTRAS since 1996.
